Aseema Kazi, a 38 year old CEO who runs seven successful businesses under her wing ranging from an Image Consulting and Styling company called The Style Factor that has styled some of South Africa’s A-List celebrities as well as International artists to owning two of her own clothing brands Karamel and Ziba Plush, one of which is locally manufactured.
Aseema’s latest feather in her cap is Author to her recent book published titled The Secret to finding Love. The Secret to finding Love has been a culmination of a life-long dream for Aseema Kazi and is a influenced by her own life’s journey that has been both colourful and inspiring.
Aseema previously spent more than a decade in the motor industry which was a male dominated industry and this is where she learnt first-hand the meaning of discipline and hardwork and how that equates to reward. She was very young in a fast-paced industry totally owned by men and that’s where she learned how to have her voice heard.
Aseema competed with the big boys and she won. She learned how to network, negotiate hard and close big deals. She also learned what it takes to run multi-million dollar industries and remain competitive.
Wearing a multitude of hats namely wife, mother, sister, daughter and a sought after businesswoman and an ever evolving entrepreneur. The word “can’t” does not exist in Aseema’s vocabulary and this becomes quite apparent when one goes through her list of projects and businesses that she’s constantly involved in.
This powerhouse businesswoman also has a humanitarian side to her and is the co-founder of an NGO called Help Foundation.
Aseema is an ambitious, hardworking, confident woman who does not sit around waiting for the next best thing, but instead works tirelessly to turn her dreams into a reality.
